Dissolve the SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer (2X) at room temperature or in a water bath not exceeding 37°C. Once dissolved, store immediately at room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to the water bath. 2. Mix the protein sample with the SDS-PAGE Loading Buffer (2X) at a ratio of 1 microliter of buffer per 1 microliter of protein sample. 3. Heat at 100°C or in a boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes to fully denature the proteins. If the initial amount of cells or tissue used is substantial and the genomic DNA content is high, the mixture may remain viscous or contain semi-transparent viscous substances even after boiling for 3-5 minutes. In such cases, extend the boiling time by an additional 5-10 minutes, or add an appropriate amount of diluted 1X loading buffer and boil again for 3-5 minutes. Thorough boiling helps release proteins bound to genomic DNA and partially fragments the genomic DNA, eliminating viscosity and preventing interference with subsequent loading steps. 4. After cooling to room temperature, load the sample directly into the wells of the SDS-PAGE gel. 5. Typically, electrophoresis can be stopped when the blue dye reaches near the bottom of the gel.注意事项：1.
